<li>½ cup natural peanut, almond, or cashew butter</li>
<li>3 tbsp honey
</li>
<li>1 orange, zest only</li>
<li>½ tsp cinnamon

<li>⅔ cup plain, vanilla, or chocolate whey protein powder </li>
<li>3 tbsp chia seeds</li>

<li>Stir together nut butter, honey, orange zest, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add protein powder and mix until fully incorporated. The mixture should be doughy and just slightly moist, so if it‘s too dry, add water 1 tablespoon at a time.</li>
<li>Roll mixture into 12 1-inch balls. Place chia seeds in a shallow dish and roll balls in seeds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.</li>
